Alta Cresta grows four Italian olive varietals: Coratina, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Three different 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced from these olives. A single varietal Coratina oil from the Coratina olives that are native to southern Italy. A Tuscan Blend is made from our Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino olives native to Tuscany. The Estate Italian Blend is created from all four of our Italian varietals. We specialize in growing and producing the finest Award Winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil from California.
