We harvested about 1,900 pounds of olives on Tuesday November 11, 2020.  As you may know, olive trees produce a larger crop one year and a smaller crop the next.  2020 was a smaller olive crop year, so we produced about 80% less than 2019.  The olives were in beautiful condition with no fruit fly activity or frost damage.  The olives were cold pressed and filtered as soon as they were delivered to the mill.  Our 2020 oils should be available for purchase starting on Saturday November 14th.  Lab results confirm Extra Virgin grade and samples have been sent to the California Olive Oil Council for COOC Certification.
